"I should have done this last year so here it goes.I was getting ready for my bike trip to denver and idaho across route 80 I think, any way I had a back tire installed at horsepower, I paid and left traffic was heavy but with anew back tire i chose to be good to the new tire, got my spot traffic ahead was slowing for a red light the right lane was stopped,and that is when it happened, a women stop and left room for a chevy van to get out, he claims she waived him out but I was already in that spot I knew i was goin to hit and did. So much for my trip. Fastforward a bystander, a cute bystander went to horsepower to get them to come and get my bike. Before I was taken away they arrived.I contacted state farm as where the bike was.they call hp with a few days the message was given to a girl working motorcloths and other merchandise, she knew where the message was suppose to be forward to, fo what ever reason service manager never got it, I lost two weeks I wanted to have any decisions made before leaving for the west. I called Coxs on tuesday and taiked with Don he said he would go get the bike the next day and he did, I unfortunetly put Don in a hot seat.Don took the bike got to service where The then service manager had a mechanic start working on it, the next day state farm was up to look at it. A total of 3 days and I had made some decision that were need gave the job to Coxes.Any issues that came up were taken care of with out any bickering, just we will take care of it. I really liked that when you walk in someone always says hello, They, including Jack will go out of their way to help you. "I used to deal with a local HD dealer for years..however when it came time for a new bike, they failed to step up to the plate to keep my loyalty as a customer. Upset and angry for the treatment I got I rode the fifty miles to Cox's. One hour later I was on the bike of my dreams with an excellent trade on my old ride and a great financial package. I have dealt with every department in the dealer and find each one top notch. The employees greet me by name every time I come in and make me feel as though my business is important to them. I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Jim Abbey and the service department! They treat me like a person...not just a "girl on a bike". Simply the BEST HD dealer! I will not shop anywhere else...not for the smallest item..it is worth the drive.

"I want to thank the dealership for promoting riding. They sponsored a mileage contest that I was succesful in winning. I love to ride and with the help of Cox's Harley it makes it much more enjoyable. I logged over 17,000 miles between March 1st and Oct 31st 2008. Maybe more in "2009". Now you know how much I like to ride. What makes the difference is having the right gear. That's another great department, Motorclothes, they always willing to help me gear up for my type of riding, from gor-tex rain gear to leather coats, gloves, to the neatest tee's and helmets. Service helps me keep my Harley super dependable and road worthy. They are great. Can't say enough about the parts guys, WOW they have it all or will make every effort to get what you need. "We can't say enough good things about our experience with Cox's H-D in Mansfield, from when we decided to buy our '06 Ultra Classic there, until we could no longer ride. We have nothing but good memories of when we would stop in to either buy some more chrome, have a check-up done or just talk to friends. They sold us our bike (our first Harley) at a price that we just could not refuse, and it was my husband's early retirement gift to himself. We put over 10,000 miles on it during the Summer of '07 and had full intentions of putting more and more on it in coming years, but on October 8th of 2007, we had a serious accident on it that put an end to our riding permanently. It will take a very long time for us to recover from that terrible day when a man, out enjoying the afternoon too in his Corvette, stopped paying attention to the road and decided to make a turn right in front of us. We were riding on Route 6 where the road is clear and we were very visible. I have to tell you all that no matter how experienced you are at riding, it may not be you at fault but *the other guy*! Our helmets saved our heads and faces with not a scratch on them but our legs didn't fare as well. Our medical bills are unbelievable, from the helicopter transports to the 47 days we spent in hospitals from our injuries. I can't find enough zeroes to put the cost here for all of that, and you can't put a price on limbs for sure.
I wish for all of you a safe and fun filled riding season! We would be out there with you if we could, but instead you will be with us in thoughts and prayers. Ride Safe but watch out for the other guy!
To you all at Cox's H-D, thanks for everything and never stop giving the great service and fun times that can be had there. We will never forget it all! We love you guys!
